Welcome to Ignite Trade (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By utilizing, browsing, registering an account, or purchasing any educational curriculum, digital tool, or community access hosted here, you (the "User", "Client", "Member") unequivocally and without reservation accept, agree to be bound by, and pledge full adherence to these detailed Terms and Conditions of Service.

If you do not agree to the complete framework of these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing the website, logging into the member portal, or enrolling in any mentorship courses. We reserve the absolute, unilateral right to amend, rewrite, or update these terms at any given time without prior explicit notice. Continued use of the Platform after amendments constitute complete binding consent to the revised terms.

All materials, classes, order-flow concepts, strategies, indicators, and video modules hosted on the Platform are presented strictly for educational and informational purposes only. Under no circumstances does any content constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. We do not act as registered brokers, investment advisors, or fund managers.

Any trade setups, historical PNL metrics, or hypothetical performance displays are not indicative of future live outcomes. The client bears absolute sole responsibility for any financial decisions, transactional losses, or account liabilities incurred in live market environments.

All intellectual assets, including but not limited to trade-secret algorithms, proprietary custom indicator suites, PDFs, live recordings, roadmap frameworks, website assets, logo designs, and system architectures, are the exclusive intellectual property of Ignite Trade.

Members are granted a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable, highly restricted personal license to view course materials for individual growth. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, screen-recording, translating, reselling, or sharing portal content on external servers, Telegram channels, YouTube, or with third parties. Any infringement will result in the immediate, permanent revocation of account credentials without notice and the initiation of legal action for damage recovery.

To maintain secure system boundaries, the Platform monitors active sessions, hardware footprints, and user IP addresses. Dual-concurrent logins or credentials accessed from multiple non-standard geolocations will trigger our automated security vault system.

If security audits detect multiple unique IP addresses logging into a single membership slot simultaneously, the account will be immediately flagged and permanently locked for credential sharing. The member must contact the compliance office to request validation, which remains subject to the compliance board's final decision.

In no event shall Ignite Trade, its founders, regional coordinators, or corporate affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform down-time, server maintenance, data disruptions, payment gateway issues, or the failure of broker platforms. The client uses the educational tools entirely at their own risk.
